Sheffield Wednesday sign Davis Keillor-Dunn

Sheffield Wednesday have announced the signing of Davis Keillor-Dunn from EFL Championship side Wrexham.

The Owls currently sit second in League One, just one point behind leaders Huddersfield Town.

Sheffield Wednesday have won three of their first four league matches this season, with their only defeat coming against Bradford City.

Wednesday won from behind against Wycombe Wanderers in their last game, with Louie Barry and Jamal Lowe scoring for the away side. The Owls are the league's top scorers after four matches played, netting 11 goals.

They have added even more firepower to their team, with the signing of Davis Keillor-Dunn from Wrexham. The 28-year-old joins from the Welsh side after a disappointing end to the 2025/26 campaign, with him playing just seven times in all competitions.

Keillor-Dunn joined Wrexham in January, after a super start to the season with Barnsley. He scored 16 goals in the first part of the campaign with the Yorkshire side, in 34 appearances.

The attacker returns to League One, where he has plenty of experience. His goalscoring ability in the third tier is visible from his stint at Barnsley, netting 31 in 66 League One games.

The deal is only a loan until January 2027, but if Keillor-Dunn performs as he has done in the past in the third tier, Wednesday will want to extend his time at Hillsborough.

His debut for the Owls could come tomorrow, as Peterborough United are Sheffield Wednesday's next opponents.
