Ahead of the summer transfer window, players from across the world have already confirmed their departures from their current clubs. Some of the players who have confirmed that they will leave their teams at the end of the season include Mo Salah, Casemiro and Raphaël Guerreiro.

Here is a list of some of the best players available on a free transfer, or who could be available on a free transfer this summer:

Mo Salah:

Mohamed Salah has confirmed he will depart Liverpool at the end of the 2025-26 season, after nine seasons with the club. During his spell with the Reds, he has won two Premier League titles, a UEFA Champions League, two EFL Cups, one FA Cup, one Community Shield, one FIFA Club World Cup and a UEFA Super Cup.

The Egyptian has played 435 games since joining the club, picking up 377 goal involvements in those matches. He has confirmed he will depart this summer, but his next club is unknown. He has previously been strongly linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League, and teams from the league could rekindle their interest in him.

Casemiro:

Manchester United's Casemiro will leave Old Trafford at the end of the season, following three seasons with the Red Devils. The Brazilian midfielder has lifted an EFL Cup and an FA Cup with the club, after signing for an initial £60 million. Like Salah, Casemiro has been linked with the Saudi Pro League. A potential transfer to Al-Nassr, to join up with former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, could be on the cards.

Lionel Messi's Inter Miami have also reportedly registered their interest in the holding midfielder, who is 34 years old. The Brazilian has impressed this season for the Red Devils, with him scoring seven league goals this campaign.

Raphaël Guerreiro:

Bayern Munich have confirmed Raphaël Guerreiro will leave the club this summer as a free agent. The Portuguese full-back joined the club from Borussia Dortmund in 2023 on a free transfer and has played three seasons for the club.

The 32-year-old has scored 12 goals for the side since joining three years ago. After 10 years of playing in Germany, Guerreiro could be playing elsewhere from next season.

Harry Wilson:

Fulham winger Harry Wilson has had his best season for the club since joining from Liverpool in 2021. The £12 million transfer fee has proven to be a brilliant piece of business from Fulham, who are pushing for European football this season.

The Welshman's contract expires at the end of the season, and with his superb season to date, clubs will be on the lookout to monitor his current situation. Wilson has played 34 games for Fulham this campaign and has scored 11, with 10 of those being in the Premier League. The 29-year-old is yet to pen an extension with the Cottagers, which could see other clubs register their interest in him in the coming months.

Antonio Rüdiger:

Real Madrid's Antonio Rüdiger is yet to sign a new contract with Real Madrid, despite his contract expiring with the Madridistas this summer. The centre-back, formerly of Chelsea, is gaining interest from other clubs, who have been alerted by the delayed contract negotiations.

The 33-year-old has played 90 minutes across seven of his last eight games for Real Madrid, making him an important figure in the team right now. Los Blancos return to action against RCD Mallorca this weekend.

Bernardo Silva:

Manchester City's Bernardo Silva has been strongly linked with a move away from the Etihad Stadium this summer. The Portuguese midfielder joined from AS Monaco nine years ago, and his time at City has been nothing short of successful.

The 31-year-old's contract expires this summer, and he has been heavily linked with a move to his former club Benfica. While he has not confirmed his departure from Manchester City, rumours have linked him with an exit at the end of the current campaign.
