The UEFA Champions League returns for matchday seven

The UEFA Champions League returns this evening, as matchday seven gets underway in Kazakhstan, as Kairat Almaty host Club Brugge. The match is the first of nine being played tonight.


All of the fixtures taking place on January 20th are:


Kairat Almaty vs Club Brugge

Bodo/Glimt vs Manchester City

Sporting CP vs PSG

Real Madrid vs Monaco

Inter vs Arsenal

Tottenham Hotspur vs Borussia Dortmund

Olympiacos vs Bayer Leverkusen

Villarreal vs Ajax

FC Copenhagen vs Napoli


Arsenal currently sit top of the Champions League table, winning all six of their matches this season in the competition. The Gunners have scored 17 goals, conceding only one.


Bayern Munich are second with 15 points, while PSG, Man City and Atalanta are third, fourth and fifth respectively. Inter, along with both Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid, all have 12 points and occupy the final top eight spots.


Real Madrid's Kylian Mbappé is the competition's top goalscorer this campaign, with nine goals in five appearances.
