Mo Salah departed Liverpool in the summer, and there were huge question marks over his future and where he would be. He ended up signing for Trabzonspor, penning a two-year deal with the club.
The signing is a major statement by the club, which is hoping to win the league for the first time in five years.
Salah scored a brace on his first league start for the club, as Trabzonspor won 2-1 against Istanbul Basaksehir.

Former Liverpool star Fabinho has also joined Trabzonspor and will link up with Mo Salah yet again. The Brazilian completes his move to Turkey after leaving Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League this summer.
The 32-year-old made 44 appearances last season for Al-Ittihad across all competitions, scoring three goals and assisting three.
André Onana
Goalkeeper André Onana returns to Trabzonspor on loan for the second consecutive season. The Manchester United goalkeeper made 29 appearances in the Süper Lig last campaign, keeping six clean sheets.
The Cameroon international's contract with the Red Devils expires next summer, and his loan with Trabzonspor could be made permanent this time next year.

Striker Vedat Muriqi scored 23 goals in La Liga for RCD Mallorca last season and has earned himself a move to Fenerbahçe.
In his last league outing for the club, he scored and assisted, as Fenerbahçe were 4-2 winners against Konyaspor.
