Oliver Glasner managed Crystal Palace to their first-ever major trophy last season, with the Eagles beating Manchester City in the FA Cup final 1-0.
Glasner's team not only defeated Pep Guardiola's Manchester City at Wembley Stadium, but they also won the FA Community Shield at the start of this season against defending Premier League champions Liverpool.
The Eagles secured a spot in the Conference League following their FA Cup glory last season, which sees the side sitting 10th with 10 points in the competition.
While Glasner and the Eagles have impressed over the past two seasons, uncertainty over the manager's future after this campaign has come to light.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Austrian is not planning on signing a new contract at Selhurst Park. While his future beyond the summer of 2026 has been cast into doubt, he is fully focused on continuing to work with the club for the remainder of the season.
The question mark over the managerial role will hang over Crystal Palace until either Glasner secures his future with the club or a replacement is found.
Oliver Glasner was shortlisted to replace Ruben Amorim at the start of the season according to reports, after a brilliant end to last season and a strong start to this campaign.
If Oliver Glasner does depart Palace at the end of the 2025/26 season, who do you think will replace the Austrian in the dugout at Selhurst Park?
