Birmingham City have confirmed that 30-year-old Keshi Anderson has left the club, as his contract was terminated by mutual consent.
The attacker played 20 times this season for the Blues, scoring only one goal. Since he signed for the club back in 2023, he made 92 appearances across all competitions, scoring 10 goals and assisting 10 goals. He departs St. Andrew's with a title-winning medal after a historic 2024/25 campaign.
Last season, he played 37 games, scoring seven goals and assisting five, as Birmingham City lifted the League One title. They ended the season on an impressive points total of 111, winning 34 of 46 league games.
Across his career, Anderson has played for seven clubs, which include: Barton Rovers, Crystal Palace, Blackpool, Northampton Town, Doncaster Rovers, Bolton Wanderers, Swindon Town and Birmingham City.
He has played in the Championship, League One and League Two across his career, making him an experienced EFL footballer. The division where he has played the most games is League Two, where he made 99 appearances all for Swindon Town, and helped the club gain promotion to League One during the 2019/20 campaign.
However, he has not played in the fourth tier for six years, playing in either League One or the Championship from 2020 onwards.
Who do you think Keshi Anderson will sign for during the January transfer window?
