The National League title race comes down to the final day, between York City and Rochdale. York are currently top of the league with 107 points, while Rochdale are second with 104.

In the fifth tier, only two teams get promoted, one by winning the league and the second through the play-offs. The side at the top of the league travel to second in the table on the final day, with both teams hoping to secure promotion on matchday 46. But, only one can go up automatically, and they will face each other in the final league game of the seaosn to see who wins the title.

Both teams can win the league and book their spot in the football league next Saturday, while the other will have to go through the play-offs.

Rochdale have the second-best home record due to goal difference, but they have played one home game less than York. Both of the top two have 55 points from their home matches played this season, but the Dale have played one game less at home.

York City will travel to Greater Manchester with the best away record in the league, having picked up 52 points from 22 matches on the road. The Minstermen have won all of their five, which sees them go into the final day in brilliant form.

Rochdale have won both of their last two games, but in their last eight games, they have won only four.

The top two have picked up 212 points combined this season, and one of those sides could potentially miss out on promotion...

If York City draw or win, then they will be National League champions and will book their spot in the EFL for next season. If Rochdale win, then they go up automatically. First against second. 45 matches leading up to the next, which is the most important for both teams by far.

Who do you think will get promoted as National League champions on Saturday?
