Premier League leaders Arsenal take on Aston Villa tonight at the Emirates Stadium, with Declan Rice set to be absent from the game.

The midfielder featured at right-back during Arsenal's 2-1 home win against Brighton, covering for Ben White and Jurrien Timber who were absent.

According to @gunnerblog on X, Declan Rice picked up a knee injury during Mikel Arteta's side's home win against the Seagulls on Saturday.

The midfielder is set to be absent from tonight's game against the high-flying Aston Villa, who have won all of their last 11 matches in all competitions, including a 2-1 win against Arsenal.

Rice's injury is set to keep him out of tonight's clash, but people at the club are hoping the injury is short-term. The club did not want to play the 26-year-old this evening and risk aggravating the injury further.

What score do you think the match will be tonight?
