Bradford City host EFL Championship side Burnley in the second round of the Carabao Cup at Valley Parade.
Bradford City go into the game following a perfect start to the 2026/27 season. Three games, three wins and three clean sheets put the Bantams in a strong position, so soon into the new campaign.
Bradford won their most recent match against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough 1-0. Aden Baldin's early second-half strike put the visitors in front, and they held on to secure three points.
The visitors go into the clash following a 3-1 defeat away against West Brom on Sunday. The Clarets are searching for their first win in 90 minutes since February, when they beat Crystal Palace.
Nicky Hayen's team needed penalties to get past League One Notts County, while Graham Alexander's side got the job done in 90 minutes against recently promoted Rochdale.
Although Burnley are one league above their next opponents, Bradford City have all the momentum going into the clash and will fancy their chances.
The Bantams had the third-best home record in League One last season, picking up 50 points in 23 games. Only the two sides that got automatically promoted had a better home record.
Burnley's win against Palace back in February was on the road, and they will be hoping to get the job done as quickly as possible on Wednesday.
