St. Pauli host Hamburg in the Hamburg City Derby tonight in the Bundesliga

St. Pauli and Hamburg face each other this evening in the Bundesliga, with the two rivals taking each other on in the first Bundesliga game of the weekend.

The hosts are currently bottom of the Bundesliga with 12 points from 17 games, while the visitors have 17 points from 17 matches, sitting 14th in the table.

When the two sides met earlier this season at the Volksparkstadion, St. Pauli won the derby 2-0. Now, Hamburg will be looking to get their revenge and win away from home, but St. Pauli will be eyeing up a double against their rivals.

St. Pauli go into the game off the back of back-to-back losses and without a win in four, but Hamburg have drawn two of their last three, however they are without a win in their last four as well.

Tonight's hosts suffered a late blow in their last game, which was against Borussia Dortmund, as Emre Can scored a 96th-minute winner for Dortmund at home vs St. Pauli.

For the away side, their match after tonight's derby is against Bayern Munich at home, who are yet to lose a league game so far.
