Ivan Toney cannot stop scoring in Saudi Arabia for Al-Ahli

In 2024, Ivan Toney completed a £40 million move from Premier League side Brentford to Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia.
The striker has been on fire in front of goal since making the switch, scoring 49 goals in 69 appearances. On top of his goal tally, he has 12 assists. His terrific form for Al-Ahli this campaign sees him currently sit fifth in the golden boot race in the Saudi Pro League, five behind Cristiano Ronaldo who is first.
Al-Ahli are also in great form, losing only two of their last 19 in all competitions. In the league table, they sit third, level on points with second.
In the AFC Champions League West table, the side are third, with two rounds of fixtures left to play.
Ivan Toney has 12 goal involvements in his last seven games, scoring in all of the last five. The 29-year-old will be looking to be a part of England's World Cup squad at the 2026 tournament, after missing out on a spot in the squad at the Qatar World Cup.
Although his contract is valid until summer 2028, his superb goal-scoring record since leaving the Premier League has seen him linked with a return to the league. While he was in the top flight in England, he scored plenty of goals, getting 36 across three seasons for Brentford in the Premier League.
In the summer, clubs could look at Toney as a potential transfer target, with him having a wealth of experience finding the back of the net in England's highest division.
Do you think the striker will stay at Al-Ahli until summer 2028, or do you think he will leave before then?
